The founding period.
Meridian Twelve opened in June 2026. The first ten paid one to one engagements and the first cohort run carry founding rates: a reduced fee, in exchange for the feedback that sharpens the methodology. This page sets out the terms plainly.
What founding clients agree to
Structured feedback during the engagement. A fifteen-minute interview at the close. A thirty-minute conversation four to six weeks after close, on what held and what did not.
What founding clients receive
The full methodology, nothing diluted. The founder's direct attention. Transparency about what is new or evolving. And the founding lock: founding rates on any engagement for eighteen months from close.
What is never required
Testimonials, case studies, and referrals are not a condition of the rate. Case-study publication is a separate invitation with its own consent structure, and declining costs nothing.
Count based, not calendar based.
Founding rates opened August 18, 2026. For one to one engagements they close at the tenth paid engagement or 31 March 2027, whichever comes first. For the cohort, founding terms apply to every seat in the first run. The count is verifiable: ask how many of the ten are taken and you will get a straight answer.
Standard rates are the public rates. Founding rates are shared in the chemistry call and written into the proposal with both numbers visible, so the reference price is never a mystery.
